HOLY FUCK NO I can't fucking do this anymore. I can't fucking do thousands more goddamn studies. I am so fucking burnt out from it, and having seen fuck all results from it isn't encouraging at all. Maybe I should just use fucking models, I know how to draw, I know how to use a pencil, I'm not a literal /beg/ as in never-drawn-before-in-my-entire-life /beg/. Why am I still doing this?

Isn't drawing from actual living people (or at least photos) better than trying to learn off another artist's studies? I've done bridgman and loomis before somehow that burnt me out faster than life studies.

TEN THOUSAND? See this is why we have begs who spend years doing studies and have zero progress. I've seen so many threads here and other forums. Obviously doing unending studies isn't the solution. People get trapped in this endless study meme and get nowhere while the pros are already there.

I need some sign I'm getting somewhere or else it feels pointless. I've spent all these years and all I have to show for it is fucking life drawings. Sure I've gotten better at them, but still. That's not what I wanna do. At least studying fundies I actually internalized what I learned and it felt meaningful. This is just fucking maddening.
