If a figure was based on a non fiction person, had realistic proportions, and is recognizable as "x" person we would have a real problem. A good example is Shadman and what transpired after this dumbass started to base his characters from real kids on Youtube and portrayed them in a vulgar manner out of spite coming from his bout of autism sparked outrage and backlash rightfully so despite his figures being stylized they way they are but because he based these figures on a real person that fell in the age group of a minor he got attention from the wrong people.

Another example is the German artist that based his figures on real underaged people in an explicit and sexualized manner found himself in trouble as well so you can rest assured that you can feel comfortable knowing there are those who monitor potential predatory behavior that may pose as a problem.

But in the case of pic related you are crying wolf.
