I know it's a troll at this point, but I hate this draw so much and I dont know why. Needless to say, it's a very well detailed piece, albeit sketchy in some areas.

Too anime-ish, which is not a bad thing, looks good in some pieces but lackluster in others, You're off to a good start. Idk what your end goal is, but you should probably play more with art styles and not just anime stuff.

ngl I kind of want to learn how to use one of those silly AI softwares/sites/programs/whatever to help me out with backgrounds because I suck ass at coming up with backgrounds on my own and I always have a hard time searching for stuff that suit my ideas.

I would learn how to use the dumbest and easiest to work with just so I can get simple results to use for reference, not outright copy-paste them because that is retarded. I mean just look at this shit, cutie on the center aside, the background is stupid; Im sick of bullshitting my way through backgrounds and I could use a more specific guide.
Granted, it would be better to just learn how to do backgrounds like these on my own, but AI doesnt seem like a bad idea as a backup plan...
