First of, please proof-read your post the next time before you hit submit.
Secondly, you have to be over the age of 18 to post here.

With that said, I'm sorry to hear that you live in a toxic environment. The only sensible option I see is to get out as quickly as possible. Get your own place. Apply for welfare, get on disability, fake a disease, get a shitty part time job to pay for a shitty one-room apartment somewhere cheap. Your life will only improve once there isn't any more chatter and noise behind your back. More often than not, establishing some distance between yourself and your parents will actually improve the relationship. It's always shit when you step on each others feet day in, day out.

>practicing in front of them
Why would you do that? Don't you have your own room?
>My failures just reinforce their nastiness.
These are not correlated, stop telling yourself that. If they choose to engage in non-supportive low-life behavior, then it has nothing to do with your skill level. To me, it sounds they'd even drag you down if you reached /master/ level. Maybe even after earning some money through your art as the other Anon suggested. Doing something for the sake of others, especially when it comes from a place of negativity won't keep you engaged with the craft and the grind. You'll eventually hate it or lose sight of your own personal goals.

>earn their respect
Not something I'd go along with. Fuck them. Walk your own path. If anime drawings make you happy, go with that.

My tl;dr is educate yourself, exploit loopholes in social welfare, be a parasite, leech off the system, move out which forces your parents to pay some form of alimony, the other half should be provided by the government if you live in the first world. If you are from a shit hole, then your only option is to part-time. Cashier, gas station, janitor, anything that doesn't drain you. Until then, swallow it up, finish school, and plan your next move. Be prepared.
