well after a few hours of failing I think i've realized why loomis is considered a meme for beginners. It seems like it requires a pretty decent knowledge of perspective and fundamentals. I can't rotate shapes and recreate them perfectly on paper like Loomis seems to think I can do from the first page. Or being able to judge how to construct a face to make it look aesthetic w/o references.

I guess I'll probably go through keys to drawing since ive finished right side of the brain, then perspective made easy. Dunno if I'll ever be able to go through loomis books since im so shit.
