Thanks for the replies. I figured that I bit more than I could chew and will go and draw some basic blocky shapes instead and only after that, gradually progress to more complex figure drawings, otherwise I will never learn the fundamentals and proportions which could hamper me in the future.

Tried to draw a face and used a reference this time. But it's been super difficult to eyeball stuff and weren't it for hair, It would probably look even worse than now as I wouldn't know how to properly anchor it to empty face so I guess there is a month or two of fundamentals, blocky shapes and everything made out of cubes for me.

Much appreciate every bit of help.
