Does anyone else find the mech study on the right to be far superior to the fashion study on the left? Mech was like 1/4 effort of the fishnet girl... it’s like I can cook pasta, but I can’t make stir fry.

i need more practice, but BGs are SOOOOOO boring, idk how people draw them. Most marker drawings have a simple color BG or no BG. It always seems like a waste of ink
