Blurry low-res portraits, generic fantasy characters, stylistic all over the place & an overall low and inconsistent post frequency. Looks like the work of thousands of other amateur digital painting artists. No - they should not necessarily have more followers with what they currently have.

I actually thought this penguin drawing was the strongest thing on their page, but their's not much else like it on their page. This is really well done and looks really unique. They say they want to evolve their "nonexistent art style", and I hope they'd push in this direction as opposed to becoming fantasy digital painter #1,532,182.
