i was kind of shitting on the idea of tracing even if at higher levels like construction tracing, but after just like 3 drawings i can see that construction tracing/contour tracing/general studying and guidelines and redrawing after can be a really powerful tool
if you keep doing it over and over. I've been shittting out drawing failures that look nothing like my intent for awhile so its encouraging to be able to trace and see that my hand can make the right lines and my brain is just under trained. It makes grinding and iterations way more fun and worthwhile when you know you are capable of actually making a drawing look right

tldr dont be a prick and judge a method before you try it. If you're results oriented building up from tracing is the best method for
you. it'll still take a lot of practice to get good i imagine

question
how do you choose your choice of construction? I use like 5 different hip construction methods. Does consistency even matter?
