Unbalanced, hips are jutting out to much and makes the pose feel to tilted while her head and shoulders communicate a standing straight pose. Try making this pose yourself as reference, notice how your upper body, shoulders/head tilt when you move your hips to the left or right to balance the body? It would help the composition if she stood straighter to symbolically communicate being torn between 2 sides of background. I suggest using a reference for the figure. Left eye to far away. Flip the canvas every once in a while while working off things might become more apparent to you.
