you should work on your color choice. That blue for the pants is alarming my eyes because its so bright and saturated. You want to find a balance in colors when you choose them. I know your not aiming for realism, but look at the color choice for clothes. All the colors are fighting for dominance. It's like those websites for kids that choose bright saturated colors for everything and it makes you turn away in disgust or literally causes pain in your eyes. Tone down some colors. Not every color should be this saturated. Look at this video to see what I'm taking about
