lol have you actually been part of one?
They don't work at all if your work is globalized and there's plenty of scabs to do the work at the price you won't, which is why neolibs of all stripes want open borders immigration for the jobs they can't just outsource over the net. (which is most of them seeing as neolibs desperately want to keep the worthless middle-managerial class around)
