I dunno if it's called that, I call it that though.
It's when the facial features dont conform to the correctly constructed head or the head isn't constructed correctly in the first place.
It's a bit subtle in the OP, especially without the ref. But that's esentially what happened.
Too much of the side of the head was visible for the intended perspective, so everything rotates a bit to the left.
That's my best guess anyway, not all that confident as far as portraits/ heads are concerned.
