I don't think you need to only draw stuff from your period of time, why? Why límite yourself over that retarded rule, but I agree on the souless quality of his work, I mean he has a painting of some boys un the beach, goodlord that painting is si fucking boring and people just suck the dick of Santos because of it, he es more souless than Roberto Ferri, at least Ferri puts some subcocious crap on his paintings, but Cesar are just glorified studies, he is si incredibly skilled and yet he wastes it for the sake of please rich fags.
