Why are there so many crabs lately? Why doesn't /ic/ come together as a community like other art communities?

Oh my god it's so liberating, and saves so much fucking time. The base of my picture is great, the anatomy is right, the composition is already done, the end result is 10x better while taking half as long.

In the end, you can't even tell what original photo it was from since there are so many on the internet. I'm going to download a posing program and trace over those for poses I can't find.
