Sorry maybe this explanation is better.
Can I do the third group of eyes? Or should I do the second since it imitates real eyes better?

The bottom eye lids are shown cutting off the iris on the second set it looks more real, more 3D and more like the first set than the third set of eyes which ignore the bottom eye lids.
Which generally looks better?
