and here's the year 2 squeakquel. Year one was a graphite transfer, year 2 was a grid. year one was watery and black and exposed canvas and "shallow" translucent layering, year 2 was 3 layers of primer and underpainting before I started stacking matte gel strokes. Year one is dirty, year 2 is blue. idk I don't really know how to say which ones are "serious" from an objective perspective.
