yeah that wasn't the bestone to highlight. I've been focusing a lot on using gessos and matte gels and stuff to build texture on the underlayer before painting on top. I still like a lot of the exposed canvas ones but basically everything since July has been hit with a goops and gunks under everything.

pic related is a gesso and paint and water wash I did earlier on the musk pot meme I'm working on that's more indicative of what I'm normally doing now. The >>3596913 is double textured than most because it's a left-handed only painting so it's kind of a circlejerk of goopy strokez.
