Try to look into the color zones of the face. Also look into the planes of the eye.

Don't forget your eyeballs are actual balls. Under general studio/outside lighting conditions, that means the top eyelid is gonna cast a shadow on them. I also don't really see you define the top and bottom eyelid planes (pic related), or if you did it just doesn't read well in your drawing. That along with focusing less on individual eyelashes (just try to capture the general volume and motion of them) would help making your eyes less uncanny.

Nice work on the hair though, imho.
