Is there any video with explanations about how to create certain types of digital brushes?I want to make my own brushes and i attempted to make some , but i still feel kind of lost about certain types of brushes with textures, effects, etc

How true is it that just a few days break is a huge set back (especially as beg+)?

Every time I get back to drawing after a break I feel my accuracy in life drawing drops noticeably, it's either being slow or inaccurate. I don't know about line quality as I always start with a warm up and try to doodle huge circles every time I'm at a desk.
