Not sure if this is what you're looking for exactly but it's a classic

And as for how to do it just practice drawing lines over and over again and learn neat tricks to make your lineart better
>inb4 muh westoid guide
If you look at your image the advice applies to all of it

May not be the exact art style you're going for, but it may help.

Anon, that's just a default marker brush or maybe the calligraphy brush with a few tweaks. But the ""vibe"" is simply basic lineart techs like pic related

What makes Kafun's art stand out is his way of composing the pictures, the flat colors and of course the coombait.
Don't get me wrong, they are nice pictures, but they're not technically impressive and there is no "secret" to it.

Usually, with line weight you can follow this

>2) How do you get 'finishing' lines?
I'm not fully happy with my lines right now but I have been working on it so hopefully I can give some answers. I'm this guy >>5111540

>like what are the brush settings/technique?
I started off with a simple hard round brush and started fiddling intensively with the pressure size and pressure density settings until I found a sweet spot that I liked. I have it so I can easily draw in a light colour for the gesture/construction, then with average pressure I can get a somewhat darker line, and then with intentional much harder pressure I can get black lines. I don't really overuse ctrl-z for my drawings unless I was actually finishing a piece and not a study. I also suggest making a copy of your current preferred brush and playing around with the settings until you find ones you like. When it comes to your main primary brush I feel like it's much more reliable and comfortable to make one yourself.
As for technique I follow the advice in this video https://youtu.be/22XYoenU-0c?t=1780 and pic related to some extent. Don't be too analytical about it though. Study their advice but experiment with what looks good to you, and especially see how other artists do their lines.

So yeah, lots of practice, but experimentation is also key too.

If you read the sticky you should know how you should draw lines.

Pic might be relevant.

What i've been personally trying is to forget all about pen pressure and make the lines all in the same width and then going over and refining the lines in another layer or not if it's just a sketch.
>Should you color under or over your line art?
Both can apply.
You either color in a layer under the lineart or in a top layer as overlay or multiply.

There is no secret. Just press buttons and figure it out for yourself.
What might work for me, couldn't work for you.
