okay, admittedly, if youve reached peak burnout or you think youre approaching it, then taking a break can probably be helpful. focusing on other things for a while can also mean that you'll be able to look at your work differently when you get back to it, and you might even improve when you're back.

but if you'd like to keep drawing at the moment, then really, it's probably easiest to focus on the sense of reward that some aspect of art grants you, and set achievable goals in your mind so that you can reach said awards more easily.
