If you create a black market and then fuel that market with supply and by encouraging whatever buyers exist then inevitably the market will figure out how to make their own supply and you will have to deal with illegal black market sellers (read: violent gangs) and will have to deal with whatever kind of buyers you've created. Banning loli will just encourage the black market to create CP instead, so I don't understand what is gained.
I suppose if the goal is to "make non Jewish people more depraved" then turning loli lovers into kiddy diddlers would be a minor change to that affect, but that would only turn so many lolicons into pedos and maintaining that black market would only be feasible so long as dominant powers within their cabal approve.

Collateral damage. The FBI pushing crack into black hoods damaged nearby white neighborhoods and then that fueled the opioid epidemic which is currently decimating poor white neighborhoods. Unless their method is fool proof there will inevitably be collateral damage.

Right now it is incredibly easy for someone to get into loli or photorealistic 3dcg. If your goal is to encourage bad behavior why would you ban the bad thing and then possibly supply the black market when you can just fuel the existing market
