Someone posted a video some time ago titled "Drawing Efficiently" or something like that

In it there was an old asianbro talking about drawing and showcasing stuff, he was also more of an architect/designer than an artist I think because a good chunk of his video was dedicated to that

I think it was something really helpful but I didn't watch it and my PC shut down and I erased history after that...and well if anyone knows please share the link.

Also I posted this in an old thread, but can someone explain pic related to me? I do not understand how he overlays normal layers over each other when they will cover each other, or is the implication that grey parts in Normal layers are not there.
