I heard twitter doesn't 'promote' you as much if you don't interact with other users.
Are there etiquette guides out there when commenting on other people's artwork? I feel like I come off as a crackhead bothering people in the streets. Also I'm not just commenting preppy fake generic shit like "omg your art is so good!" , I try to put some thought into why I like the art. But I still feel like I'm bothering people because I'm a stranger.

And how frequently do I have to make comments? Can it just be once a month?

I found this guide on here that looks cool and useful, but I'm curious, how do I know when i've passed a mastery level/gone up?

How accurate is this as a guide?
>inb4 just draw
True but I am in need of brushing up on every fundamental so I feel that I need a bit more structure. I've been practicing hands for a while but there's so much more I need to learn.

No, you need to do line, shape, and form studies. Anatomy comes later.

I've been making a serious attempt to learn to draw for the past two years and in an effort to learn basics, I've been following Drawabox. I feel like there's some shit that's fine but it also feels like their grading is too lenient and I question how much I'm retaining. I've asked about New Masters Academy and got mixed responses, saying that there's assignments and recommended orders for classes, but "zero guidance." I'm starting to lose motivation as a result of my frustration with all of this because it feels like I'm not learning what I should. I've consulted the /ic/ guide but I want to ask what the best possible resources are based on pic related. This could be a course, a book, whatever. Additionally, is there a particularly good way to find a personal tutor for this? I just want to do vidya art and I'm running into the same problems I encountered years ago.

My problem with the guide here is that it's not specific about things like exercises or what to consult.

I will translate the OP's chart into words for you autists, with some additional neg levels:

level -2: cant draw lines of any sort , and cannot draw shapes
level -1: can draw lines and simple shapes
level 0: multiple shapes that look human, but fill no 3d space and are not proportional
level 1: proportional and symmetrical
level 2: a minimum understanding of 3d space
level 3: a more complex pose (limited to frontal, 3/4 view, profile)
level 4: Even more complex pose, includes other normal viewing angles - any angle that is not frontal, 3/4, or profile, more subtle control elements.
level 5: Starting to add more extreme perspective control - frogs eye view, birds eye, ants eye, fish eye, perspective and scenery
level 6+: impossible to tell from a single image - history of being "in control of style" with the ability to duplicate/replicate whatever styles the person likes.

Also take the other chart that goes with that one.

Try the exercise in the pic.
The mastery level part is kinda bullshit, but the exercise part is fairly solid for rapid structured improvements
