Do not listen to pawell. Do NOT study like pawell does. You will end up a permabeg. Just draw what you want to draw like the japs do and look up solutions to problems you encounter. The western way of learning to draw is inherently diseased and degenerated on a fundamental level. First you copy your favorite artists, become good at that, and THEN throw some fundies in there.


Draw for fun, or you'lll end up like pawell schizo copying every page of artbooks without understanding them fully on a daily basis for over a year.
