You got it wrong, I was just listing some of my spendings. My income is about 2k/month with 0 taxes(unless you count vat)
also I'd rethink this idea of having a house asap as means of success
And while I don't intend to ever stop painting(even commercially), I do have plans for future me:

retirement and house: I'm investing 5k/year on index funds so should have more than enough to buy a house when I'm 50(basically the same if I buy a house at 20 with a 30 year mortgage) at the latest as well as a sort of pension so I'm not actually working to maintain myself but still working nonetheless(my own IP ideally)
