I'm beg, but what worked for me is going through all the books I could possibly find in the mega's.
That is: Loomis, Hogarth, Bridgman, Hampton, some russian and italian ones and some japanese ones for manga although I didn't find a liking to the japanese ones. However, the 3 Bridgman books I found were the ones I liked the most.
I study those by skipping stuff I already know (porportions, muscles etc...) and copy the drawings where I think there is new knowledge to be gained.
Also, sometimes when I see a photo of a person with interesting new anatomical details, I draw them too.
