i have the opposite problem actually... when i work on my graphics tablet, i tense up and my hand gets sore real quick. but when working either traditionally or on the ipad, my back and neck gets tired faster than my hands/wrists. i'm trying to get more loose and confident on a graphics tablet though, so thanks for reminding me. anyway i also take a lot of short breaks
