break down what you want to draw into smaller elements, draw those smaller elements, say fifty times until you can reproduce that element with confidence, do this for the whole concept. so if you wanted to draw a person, draw fifty hands, draw fifty faces, or go even smaller, draw fifty lips and ears. do this until you can just do it naturally.
