Good shit dude, soon you'll be able to make faces without physically drawing the box, go to the KJG figure course thread, download those videos you'll have a better understanding of drawing the head and face in a permanent medium like ink, which will help you a lot, I also recommend looking into anatomy, and going back to gesture assuming you've already studied gesture in the past. It's something that if you don't constantly revisit in your early stages you'll lose it. I also personally found it helpful when I started anatomy, then revisited gesture
