Right i forgot to foreshorten my bad, thanks for telling me.

Still I don't know what to tell you, I went through anatomy for sculptors and learnt all the muscles and bones, and revise them every couple of days. I even made notes and can easily just show you them.
I even do croquis frequently to draw the muscles and joints in their proper place in varying poses but I still suck.

I just don't know how to apply it I guess.
