I found the krenz pic.
I just want to find more stuff like this, high quality body lineart / bodies in the construction phase to compare my own constructions to.

Guidelines? What does that have to do with anything? Why do you use words you don't know the meaning of? What does guidelines have to do with anatomical knowledge?

>you have to apply color theory to depict proper anatomy

Also, Are you autistic? You don't need colors to depict proper anatomy. Nor do you need values. Anatomy can be depicted properly with line drawing. If you're talking about realistic anatomy then that's a different subject matter. Not everyone is aiming for a realistic style, shit is clearly anime.

I honestly can't tell if you're a complete noob to art and are just throwing around words you learned yesterday or a troll. Go back to lurking.

I know a lot of you guys hate sycra but this video was such a huge eye opener so I thought I'd share it. For a while now I found myself using the manniquin method whenever I was drawing poses from imagination and I always found myself reusing the same stiff poses. Recently, I decided to start with a more scribbly appraoch and boom I can now draw more dynamic poses from imagination by relying more on intuition and less on construction.

Note: I also want to mention that this method only works if you've done hundreds of quick pose sketches from reference.
