Decent work, shows improvement in the short time you've been on dad.
I like your more shape-y pieces like the most recent, Random Girl 5

Feedback:
I notice your girls feel a little stiff, and there are some opportunities for juicy bigger shapes, curves, rhythms being missed.

You could stand to push gesture and shape more.
I would recommend checking out Yoshinari and doing regular gesture/figure drawing if you can.

I'm still learning but here's a go of trying to apply Yoshinari's negative space to one of your figure sketches to spice things up.
Just something to consider.

As a whole though, you're doing good work and as I mentioned, the gains show.
