That is way better mate, yeah. I wasn't being specific about studying arms and chests, you can look for other references to study but whatever works for you! Art is a very personal road, different for everyone. I see you realized the spider wouldn't be 100% visible, nice.
Maybe working with mannequins would be easier? Or go draw 2-3 well-defined bodies like this one >>3711440 to get into proper mental shape and internalize how things are put together. Like any other skill, you'll end up doing it right without even noticing, even if at first it takes all of your efforts. I used to spend 5-8 hours badly copying one model on my past holidays every night but now I see it helped.
