also keep in mind that this is just the slightly modified epyc server socket. That's the reason for the screws too. It's designed for server level hardware and was just brought down like this into the consumer market because it's a fairly low volume part, uses the epyc MCM anyways and probably severly reduced time to market by not having to design a third socket.
