I know, I know, it's WIP and I only finished fixing a few bugs which arose after I merged urlbar and tabs toolbar.

Previously the urlbar didn't disappear in full screen mode, so I made a CSS which hides it, and remapped F11 and LRLR (FireGestures gesture) to execute a script which toggles the style.

Thnx, but I've already read all those. What I'm looking for right now is the names of elements so I can change their appearance\colors, and modifying other people's CSS is not very comfortable. I used Twily's as a source CSS and everything got messed up.

Well, it's just customized, urxvt, xfce-panel and tint2 as the bar, dunst for the notifications and a script that searches and displays album art using feh. Also compton for the shadows.

>> No.52176825

I can see why you'd like it more than 10, but why do you like it more than 8.1 ?
Windows 8.1 is all the non-botnet of Windows 7 with most of the performance improvements of Windows 10. With the exception of the start screen (which is easily fixed by installing Classic Shell), 8.1 is objectively better than 7.

I am wondering about something else. Ever noticed that popup windows for applications in your bar are not aligned with the bar when you open them?
Example that I am experiencing as we speak :
I click on sound or wifi icon, window opens but it is behind the panel,i click again and now it is in front of it (overlapping) and after third click it aligns it self with the edge of the panel. I am seeking someone who had similar experience for a long time now.
Iam on Xubuntu 15.04.

Try locking the panel.

Yes. You don't need a config in order to fix tearing, just start it like so:
copmton --backend glx --paint-on-overlay --vsync opengl-swc

Look-and-feel-wise it's just like Windows 7 with a flat theme, and some improvements here and there like the task manager and file manager.

This is the problem with hiring math majors and statisticians to the NSA. They know the damage statistically speaking is near zero compared to the efforts put into the millitary to combat it.
But you are still supposed to do your job, if doctors got that kind of money for cancer research they would have saved hundreds of millions lives by now.
