my 6600k is at 4.8 at 1.35v, a little hot, but doesn't pass 80° in heavy usage (heavy usage, not a burn test)
Here's a graph of successful 6600k and 6700k overclocks, I assume all setups on the chart have great cooling

4.4 isn't hard, I got 4.3ghz at stock voltage, then 4.5 took 1.35 volts
People go way above that regularly

And I did use intel burn test along with aida64
1.34 volts
Idles at 30°
Here's some normal akylake voltages and clocks btw, most of these are on good watercoolers but the point is there's plenty of room to safely play with voltage

The spec sheet limit is 1.52v, and people go beyond that
My 6600k is at 1.32v on a hyper 212 evo
