I've been considering starting an agency. The problem is that I only have one connection where I could get models jobs, mostly low paying too. I'm a photog by trade though. Done a few portfolios that have secured people very good jobs in the modeling industry. Doesn't help im not in London, Mancs or Birmingham either,

I like a bit of both. It depends what you're wearing it with imo. If you're going for a rustic look, wear it out if you're going sleek and smart, take care of it. But that bag looks like it could go a bit worn.

I need a new bag. I carry tonnes of shit. Typically 5d3, 2 lenses, flash, 35mm slr, 2 rolls of film, a raincoat, water and my 17" mbp sometimes and whatever I decide to buy on the day, just cant find anything to suit me on my budget.

Found this old coat. I remember wearing it when I was back in school. It had a hood with fur around it and a woolen lining that I cant find. I used to get the piss taken out of me because I wore it.

It happens believe it or not. I've heard people complain of thinning hair due to excessive dying, product use etc. The main cure is to use good 'poo and remove the layers of sebum. Salons and Hair therapists charge a tonne for this kind of stuff.

Dandruff can. If you look at very severe dandruff, eczema and psoriasis you'll notice it can prevent hair growth. The thing is dandruff is essentially skin, skin is marginally breathable and will allow hair to penetrate and breathe.

I've no idea about how it works under the microscope, but buildup of shit on the scalp will prevent hair growth none the less.

Also try spending a bit extra on some quality pomade. Ideally a water based one that will wash out easily. Oil/Wax based shit stays in your hair like a immigrant in the EU. But try and avoid using it until you see improvements

Thinning out can be cause by a buildup of sebum and product. Id recommend you use some tea tree oil or some other expensive cleansing shampoo. Massage thoroughly into head to remove build up. You should repeat this for a few weeks. Your hair should start coming through again.

I've pretty much got my bowties sorted. I have some blue polka ones and a blue one like the third one in the picture.

I'm having trouble matching it with something that would be suited for weddings. I.e jacket, shirts, trousers. I'm particular stuck with the trousers.
