You could probably change the shirt for something with a tighter neck, and for the pants and shoes you could probably go with black jeans and white sneackers instead.

Also,
Dont listen to all these guys talking shit, do your thing and be happy.

Has anyone here tried using coconut oil in your hair like Mike does in his newest hair tutorial? How did it work out and do you reek of coconut if you use it?

You have to have a burning desire for it in the first place to really get twhat you want, this applies to any goals in general to be honest. You can't 'sorta' want it, you gotta want it so bad that you feel like you need it. Harsh truth.
Do not expect results unless you have low expectations and/or an easy goal such as >>8060714

Theres way too much to cover for me to summarize for you, I recommend reading through the /fit/ sticky to build up a small foundation, then build up your knowledge through videos on youtube & anything else you're curious about through google, including how to perform exercises properly! If you want serious results, youll take the time to research everything on your own, take your time to make sure you know the necessities to lifting to make sure you make the most out of your time spent to keep you motivated. All I can recommend is that you should do a 4 - 5 day split, approx. 4 - 5 exercises per muscle group (excluding bis & tris which should be 2 - 3 each) & keep your rep + sets volume & protein as high as possible. Good luck!

I think you can get what youd call a decent body if you put in years and years into swimming, but the fastest way to get there is through focused lifting. Keeping in mind, what I interpret as ottermode or a good body is probably not the same interpretation you have, since im pretty involved in the whole bodybuilding thing.

Theres no real way to supplement a sport like swimming to attain goals in something like hypertrophy. If you want the best results for your image, youd have to focus on working out as a completely different activity on its own, because using it to supplement swimming is only good for the performance aspect (which would be very high rep work), not muscular hypertrophy (which requires a medium amount of repetition work, focusing more on tearing muscle fibers apart). Id recommend a 3, 4, or 5 day split as a lifting routine to get to ottermode. Youd have to research yourself if youre serious about working out.

>I am so fucking shy to go to gym this is not funny. Because when I imagine people seeing me lifting heavy (jk) weights with my spaghetti arms they will laugh!
Nobody will laugh at you unless you have an ego , have no structure in your routine, or do retarded exercises. Everyones in the gym for IMPROVEMENT, its not a place to go to to show off & be judged.

its not always as straight forward as 'work out for X amount of time, & do X amount of things til goal', especially if you actually dedicate yourself to working out, because things pop up like
>"Damn Ive worked out this hard already, I should probably go the extra mile and get a bit bigger, I deserve more for the amount of effort ive put in"
>"THAT was my goal body? Time to make X my new goal"
Not to mention that even if you do get your goal body & youre satisfied, you gotta maintain it through continuous exercise, or you might not even ever get the goal body you want because you might have piss poor genetics, for example:
>wide hips
>chest gap
>fucked up abs
>gyno

My original goal body when I started working out was pic related, & I obtained it in less than a year. Ive been working out for 2.5 years now.

If you look at the shoes, youd understand why the average individual would give them up to a thrift in the first place.
