I got the S, I'm 143lbs and it's still considerably roomy/wide. It does have two cords on the inside you can pull to tighten the fit though but it ends up looking curvy and feminine on me.

It's literally hell to shove down food down my throat when I'm never really hungry, even though I really need it considering I burn alot of calories each day.

You shouldn't so easily buy into the bad feedback people on /fa/ give to companies like Zara tho, "fast fashion" is a term used way too often, and doesn't imply that all that Zara produces is shit quality. Ok I understand it better now, I don't want to give off that impression at all. I did spend some hard cash (€90) on that backpack though which sucks, but luckily I haven't worn it out once. Maybe somewhere in the future I'll be able to pull the bag off.
