depends on the surrounding, if you live in a location with heavy sunshine and lot of colorful flowers, wearing a hawaii shirt would not let you stick out unnaturally from the environment.....now I gonna google "russia hawaii shirt"

I eat a lot of veggies

I have a double chin and about average face fat even though I am below my bmi scale. Ive done some research and I found out that it might get better with time, im 20 if that matters. My diet is pretty bad, i dont eat very much and its often easy stuff like toasted bread and pasta with chicken. Is there anything I can do? Does anyone have experience with this? I appreciate every answer as long as its on topic. Thanks
