If so, I think most people here focus on one or two styles / cores at most, so I think having colours as a topic for the fit is something, that most people here can achieve without any struggles.

We will select a colour for each day in the first week for each month starting with November, and make our fits in that exact colour that is assigned to that day.

Fits don't have to be necessarily just in that colour, but the colour should be in your fit.

We could even reward someone at the end of the week who had received the most positive reactions.
