My first thought is custom-painted common project Achilles low, but upon further inspection, the shoe appears to be canvas or patent leathee, not the classic Napa or naphtha or whatever leather CP uses.

If you look at the sole, it may mislead you. It possible could be a boot sole. Maybe even a doc marten? But upon closer inspection on the shoe, on the side, there is a "swoosh". Many people would automatically declare the shoe nike, but I am dedicated to answering your question to the fullest extent of my capabilities. I hear you whining and bitching and saying "but I like it" about articles of clothing, but grown men wear cargo shorts and flame button ups unironically and they "like it". If you want to keep dressing like you do right now, keep wearing what you like, but if you want to make a change you should let go of old ideas of what looks good and actually listen to us.

Lose weight
Get better fitting pants. They don't have to be skinny but at least some tapered black jeans.
Invest on better shoes. Converse are for teenage girls and even fashion normies cringe at them. At the worst get some vans, at best look into higher fashion sneakers (geobaskets, Raf Simons velcroes, y-3 qasa, KVA multilaces, even CDG all stars are better than regular converse)

A basic fit is just black sneakers, black jeans and a white tee. Or black jeans, black t shirt and white sneakers.

Get a haircut.

It depends. You need to accept it and get over it. Think about braces, they aren't my first priority but I'm gonna get em sooner or later. There isn't really any passion I have that I can't do with fucked up teeth, and you can be really effay with them. My teeth are more fucked than yours (I can guarantee) and I'm currently wearing 2 saint Laurent products, acne jeans and a one of a kind pair of rafs with my 16bmi qt who wears Raf and rick. The sooner you stop letting it bring your self worth down, the sooner it'll stop affecting your day-to-day life. Just my 2 cents.
