Never do ties with jeans.
You look you want to buy some decent slim fitting jeans, and throw those ones out man. There are heaps of good brands are naked and famous, acne or levis if you're poor.

if you want to wear a shirt with jeans, make sure it's a more casual style.
I don't own a leather jacket, but if I did I'd probably wear it with jeans, boots and a decent t-shirt.
