They have awful taste in my opinion, but give them a break, they're teenagers. They're learning.

Uniqlos OCBDs fit me great, personally.

Taste is also largely subjective. In some minds, TheFedoraLounge has better taste than /fa/, MFA, and TeenMFA combined.

I didn't imply that /fa/ has good taste. I implied it has better taste than most of MFA.

Such a generalization cannot be made. I stated that TeenMFA has worse taste than MFA, but that doesn't mean that there aren't occasionally some good fits.

The same applies to MFA, and similarly to /fa/.

I use the Clean and Clear brand as well. For the price, it works extremely well. As a college student, I can't exactly be dropping 50 bucks on a small bottle of cleanser.

>>9693222
This is true for many things, but a lot of products work extremely well without the "if you stop using it for 12 hours you become pizza".

UV rays aren't strictly an outdoor "threat".

I take it you don't want to actually cop some chuck's or vans?

What about keds?

I dislike the color of that jacket. Olive would look better. Rest is pretty nice though.

Really nice workwear/biker fit. What do you ride?

TeenMFA has worse taste than MFA, which in turn has worse taste than /fa/. Don't ever go there unless you want some cheap laughs at their hobo fits.

That being said, I'm loving your fits.

Of course you can always resell those designer boots. I doubt you'll get all your money back though.

Like I said, I don't like wasting money, and I doubt OP does either. Just my two cents speaking from experience.

Oh, well yes you can always do that too. Wear a fit and try them on a store.

I was assuming OP was interested in actually buying them for trial, though. In which case, I advice not entering in with a designer pair to start off with.

Will it's true that it would be nice to cop a 600+ dollar pair to start out with, and experience that incredible feeling of designer quality, imagine if the OP ends up hating the style and is stuck with a pair of boots that are worth more than a minimum wage paycheck.

Like I said, if s/he has the money to spend and doesn't care, by all means, go for some Saint Laurent Paris, but if they don't want the former to happen, it's okay to cop a fast fashion outlet's knockoffs.

>> No.9692693 [View]

Like everyone else has said, don't buy - too - much. Don't make your whole wardrobe HM, but I doubt you were going to, anyway.

For price:quality, their tees, underwear, socks, and even some button downs, pants and jackets are good cops. Just check the stitching and fit first of course. Don't be one of those people that looks at it on the rack, takes it off, sees that it's their size, and then buys it. Always use the fitting room at these places. A LOT of their stuff is absolute trash, but not all.

As long as you're only wearing these pieces perhaps once a week, cold washing them and hang drying, they should last you a year or more.

Cop basic solid colors and maybe some outlandish patterns if you're experimenting with styles. Have fun!

>> No.9692665 [View]

If you've never worn Chelseas before and are about to start experimenting with the style, don't listen to people telling you to cop a 600 dollar pair of boots that you may not even like.

Albeit you may have money to blow. I'm a bit of a jew when it comes to money, even if I have shit tons of it I don't want to spend a lot if I'm uncertain.

Cop a 90 dollar pair or something from a fast fashion outlet, make sure they don't look - too - tacky since it could influence your perception of the style, and then rock them with how they're meant to be worn.

Dress with a slim/skinny silhouette and solid, dark and neutral colors. Nothing too loud to start off with.

I'm sure you'll like it, if you're happy after a couple months, drop money on an actual nice pair.

With that curly hair, I think you'd look pretty cool with shorter sides. Either shaved down to an eight, or just shorter in general. At the moment the puffy sides stretch your face out.

You have a nice heart shaped face, a good defined chin, high cheeks and a somewhat defined jaw. Good, even eyes and soft lips. I'd shave, personally. Your current facial hair makes you look a bit creepy. Not in a super bad way though.

Bad quality pic, but you have a really nice nose, chin, and cheeks. I could see you playing a minor villain role in a Bonde film.

>>9692491
Really nice jaw, chin and lips. Hard to tell much from the pixelation, but your hair looks very soft too.
