im a size 11.5 us, but usually size up for nike, adidas etc.. tts would be a tight fit, but going up .5 give it a roomier fit, i dunno i like roomier fits but thats how i feel about it.
i'd suggest tts/.5 tho. depends how u like it, fit or roomy.

but the main concern is weight, lose some weight, like 5kg or so. You should try and avoid Soy products etc...
but saying it straight, pants need to fit better,and top. shoes can last for the time. but lose a little wait and your hips (estogren causing) are an obvious factor.
