Gradually get off the shampoo untill you're completely off of it. Then you'll enter the greasy phase no matter what you do (I'm guessing conditioner will help but it defeats the purpose imo) then when it isn't as bad you can sub shampoo for a mix of water and baking soda and conditioner for a mix of water and vinegar.
