Drinking so much water will flush out electrolytes in your blood, one being salt. Salt is responsible for water retention in your body/face

Flushing salt out will indirectly take water away from your face. It could help remove junk food shit that cause acne yeah but it'll also cause dryness, withered look. This was the case with me anyway
