The microkorg was a decent synth but, there really isn't a reason to buy one now especially when you can get a alesis micron used around the same price. Unless you start getting into wavetables a cheap VA is going to sound like software. Waldorf Blofeld modules are great but, they don't have a keyboard and the keyboard version is a lot more.

Fit depends on your foot. The docs look better but the timbs will probably be way more durable.

Fit is solid but there are a lot of bizarre inconstancies that really detract from it. IE really light colored shirt in the winter, dangling sunglasses in the winter (I know your still supposed to wear them in the winter but the strong relation they have with summer makes them weird in a fashion photo.), an open light jacket despite it being cold enough to warrant a scarf and hat while snowing. All in all the fit is like a 6.4/10
